For working IT professionals with 3+ years of experience, structured SailPoint IIQ training followed by active job search typically results in initial interview calls within 30–60 days of program completion. They serve different domains. SailPoint IdentityIQ is an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform for user access management and lifecycle events. SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) is an on-premise identity governance platform requiring deep customization. SailPoint IdentityNow (now Identity Security Cloud) is a SaaS platform with faster deployment.
